My first ever panel

I was invited to participate as a panelist by The Venned Group in a discussion on how to get buy-in. Spoke about how I came to understand the importance of relationship building and appreciating the perspectives of others.

I referenced a few concepts from The Software Architect’s Elevator and Conway’s Law to illustrate how buy-in is important from a broader perspective.

Overall it was a great experience and I learned a lot from the other panelists.
